(Senior) Cultivation specialist

Under the leadership of three entrepreneurs with a foresight, we strive for growth and innovation. As a result of our expansion, we are currently looking for a (senior) cultivation specialist.

Your role

As a cultivation specialist you have in -depth knowledge, experience and a passion for cultivation. You play a crucial role in managing production, climate control, irrigation and biology of our crops. Every day you tailor the climate to the needs of the plant, according to our cultivation strategy. Together with our cultivation information officer, you determine the optimum cultivation method during the tour to realize the highest possible yield and fruit quality. Every week you walk with colleagues a round along the cultivation locations, where knowledge exchange is central.

Who are you?

You understand the importance of a smoothly running cultivation and you do not feel at your place to spend all day in the office, because your work area is in the greenhouse .
A critical look, perseverance and a healthy dose of ambition are your characteristics.
You are involved, solution -oriented, performance -oriented and you are responsible.
You have several years of experience in the cultivation sector and a solid foundation in plant physiology.
You have skills in climate control and skill with computers.
