Your role

As a location manager you get a crucial managerial position and you are responsible for all operations at your assigned location (s). You are fully aware of everything that happens at your location. Your daily tasks include labor management, technical coordination and organization of processes. You are a master in motivating your team and you know how to create a positive working atmosphere. Together with your fellow cultivation specialist and labor manager you can take the location to a higher level.

What are you going to do?

You manage and motivate your team.
You monitor the quality of the production processes.
You contribute to the training of new employees.
You keep a close eye on crop development and consult with the management team and labor manager for production planning.
You act as the point of contact for your location and you guarantee the representativeness of the company.
You manage crop protection measures (both organic and chemical) and associated techniques.
In the long term you will be available for alarm and weekend shifts for the greenhouse departments.

Who are you?

Some experience in horticulture.
Leadership experience.
Strong communication skills and decisiveness.
Basic knowledge of technology to resolve small malfunctions.
